Nonsuch Bay Resort is a residential resort featuring a palm-fringed sandy beach which is the center of a natural amphitheatre on which the main area of the resort is located. Built in the Caribbean Style of the Georgian Colonial period, the buildings all feature high pitched shingled roof being attractive but also providing protection against the sun and any storm winds. The interior features high ceilings and French windows encourage natural ventilation from the constant cooling North easterly trade winds. The generous verandahs enjoy the view of Nonsuch Bay with Green Island in the near distance over crystal clear waters.

All around the resort and in the apartment, maximum use is made of natural materials and South American hardwood to provide traditional luxurious Caribbean exotic finishes. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and interiors are decorated in a clean, luxurious style with hardwood floors, and white walls. The Apartment is modern and well-equipped Studio Becker kitchens featuring Viking appliances and Kohler hardware.

The protected bay and consistent warm trade winds are outstanding for sailing. The resort offers first class equipment and instruction for all ages and abilities. Private childcare can be arranged throughout the day and there are organized sailing and other activities for older children. The conditions at Nonsuch Bay are outstanding for small boat sailing. The two square miles of enclosed waters are protected from the open sea by a barrier reef and the bay faces the consistent and trade winds. The sailing equipment is well maintained by a qualified group of instructors. The RS Elite fleet of 4 forms the core of the fleet along with beach cats and lasers. Homeowners are encouraged to add to the fleet of boats.
There are three swimming pools including an infinity pool with dramatic views over the bay. The resort offers an in-room spa menu, offering a range of wellness treatments. The stunning restaurant occupies a commanding position on an outdoor covered terrace at the club house with views over the bay and the activities at the beach.

Set in forty acres of lush, landscaped gardens and tropical vegetation with ocean views and its own secluded beach, Nonsuch Bay is a luxury private resort offering residents and visitors alike an authentic Antiguan experience within this very elegant setting.
