Swalings will be running a Pool Lifeguard Course over December 14 - December 18, 2015.

On the course you'll learn how to perform CPR for adults, children and infants, for dry side as well as a drowned casualty including various techniques on how to save people in the water as well as basic first first aid.

The course is open to all. You don't need to have any prior training to register, however you must be able to: Swim 100ms and 50ms in 1 minute.
