50TH A&B SPORT FISHING TOURNAMENT RESULTS

The 50th Annual Antigua & Barbuda Sport Fishing Tournament took place over May 14th and 15th, with the Mikie Pigott Jr. Memorial Classic held on Friday May 13th. Results for the Tournament can be seen below.

The Marlin action was unfortunately slow during the Classic with only one Blue Marlin Release from William Duncan Overdraft, gaining 500 points and taking the Champion Boat Prize. See full results here.

2nd Largest Tuna: Vince Smith on Six Pence with 11.3lbs
Largest Tuna: Freddie Hadeed on Lazy Daze with 13.2lbs

2nd Largest Wahoo: Kit Hall on Not Chief Yet with 50.1lbs
Largest Wahoo: Keanu Abbott on Luna Sea with 62.2lbs

2nd Largest Dolphin: Stephan Petit on Yellow Whip with 33.7lbs
Largest Dolphin: Frank Rao on Puravida with 41.3lbs

2nd Largest King Fish: Keanu Abbott on Luna Sea with 19.6lbs
Largest King Fish: Dana Siva on Six Pence with 43.6lbs

Largest Fish by the Youngest Male Angler: Freddie Hadeed on Lazy Daze with 13.2lbs
Largest Fish by the Youngest Female Angler: Nadia Hallam on Jay Jay Kay with 31.8lbs

Largest Fish by a Youth Male: Keanu Abbott on Luna Sea with 62.2lbs
Largest Fish by a Youth Female: Nadia Hallam on Jay Jay Kay with 31.8lbs

Largest Fish by a Female Adult: Dana Siva on Six Pence with 43.6lbs
Largest Fish by a Male Adult: Kit Hall on Not Chief Yet with 50.1lbs

Champion Boat 25' and under: Team Bother Anthony with 98lbs

Champion Boat Runner Up (Above 25'): Jay Jay Kay with 174.4lbs
Champion Boat: Vitamin B: 177.1lbs

Marlin Division:

Champion Male Angler: Dimitri Asselin with 900pts

Angler with Most Release: Dimitri Asselin with 2 releases

Champion Boat 2nd Runner Up: Tahla'o with 550pts
Champion Boat 1st Runner Up: Chok Dee II with 900pts
Champion Boat: Incognito with 900pts
*When there is a tie, the winner is which ever boat that reaches the point first*
