The build up to 2011 includes an exciting array of events which capture the ambience of Bollywood entertainment combined with the colourful character of the Caribbean. In the build up to New Year 2010 - Jolly Beach Resort and Spa will be celebrating from the 27th December with a host of exciting activities including:

• Movie by the sea! A Bollywood movie night under the stars on the mile long sandy beach.
• Indian dance class (Bollywood Style)
• Indian cooking demonstration
• Henna/Mehndi body painting

• Find the Bollywood treasure in the exciting treasure hunt over the 40 acre site.
• Bollywood inspired Dance Party Night with DJ ‘OUTLAW’

• Bollywood fashion show featuring local models.
• Sari wrapping demonstration.

Jolly Beach prides itself in incorporating all the family in their entertainment themes and so the Kidz and Teens club will also be hosting a Bollywood night which will include fun activities including a treasure hunt, Henna/Mehndi face painting, dance class and jewellery making.

The activities will build up to an unforgettable New Years Eve which promises to celebrate with a highly unusual fusion of cultures incorporating the glitz and glamour of Bollywood mixed with the colours and island rhythms of the Caribbean. After dinner (at one of the five on site restaurants) guests will be entertained by one of Antigua’s best bands followed by the infectious enthusiasm of the Jolly Beach dancers - doing it Bollywood style! At midnight the sky and Caribbean Sea will illuminate with the resorts annual fireworks display to welcome in 2011.
