The apartments are located above the A.Y.C. (Antigua Yacht Club) Marina at Falmouth Harbour and overlook the stunning bay with it's magnificent yachts.
The perfectly situated apartments are convenient to all visitors whether you are keen on Sailing, Cricket, Carnival or plain relaxing. The apartments are privately owned and each apartment has been individually refurbished by the owners with comfort in mind.

The apartments are only steps from the Antigua Yacht Club with its Marina which houses
1 Supermarket, 2 Restaurants, Coffee Bar, Ice-cream parlour, Boutique, Marine Chandlery, Bookstore, Internet and FedEx Service.
Additionally there are at least 18 Restaurants and Bars within walking distance and the beautiful Nelson's Dockyard close by.
It is the only Georgian working dockyard in the Caribbean and it also has a Museum, Beauty Salon, Bakery, Bars, Restaurants & Boutiques with beautiful yachts moored stern to.
SPORTS
A Tennis and Squash Club - Temo Sports, also have Yoga classes and a famous Round Robin tournament open to all.
BEACHES
Pigeon Beach is about 8 minutes walk away or 20 minutes swim away and is one of the 365 beautiful beaches Antigua has to offer.
