ARCA VILLA

 

Arca Villa is built on a hillside in a quiet location, with wonderful views of Falmouth Harbour, constant cooling breezes and is surrounded by tropical trees. As you park, a few steps lead up to the main entrance door. Across a short passage you arrive on the patio which has potted banana trees and orchids.   

 

Each of the 6 bedrooms has wooden floors and shutters, ceiling fans and a private bathroom in Italian design. 

 

From the inside patio, a few steps lead down to the large living area with tropical wood flooring, ceiling and furniture, French windows with a spectacular view of the bay, a dining table for 10 guests and 3 comfortable settees. On the West side of the living area there is an open kitchen with a Mexican tiled floor, Italian stove, a large electric oven and a cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and everything necessary for cooking. In the lowest level there is a studio with double bed, bathroom with shower and  independent entrance.  

 

From the living area it is possible to go outside from the front door terrace directly to the terraces by the pool, there you will find benches, a large gazebo with a table seating 12 and a built charcoal BBQ.  Wireless internet connection is available throughout.. There is also an automatic generator. A cook is also available for an additional fee.
