JHYC YOUTH SAILING PROGRAM NEEDS YOUR HELPThursday 5th January 2012
The Jolly Harbour Yacht Club Youth Sailing Program is desperate for a couple of Laser sailboats. It you have a Laser to spare, even if old and not recently used, that you would be willing to donate to the Program, Jolly Harbour Yacht Club would be most appreciative. Perhaps you have one sitting in the bottom of your garden growing weeds or hidden away in the back of the shed? Please have a look and if possible, make a much-needed donation. The JHYC Youth Sailing Program is down to only four usable hulls as there have been a few breakages recently and the existing hulls are getting rather tired and more difficult to patch up!
The Club also has a Finn sailboat that was donated to the program but it is not ideally suitable for children to train in. The Youth Program would be willing to exchange the Finn for a contribution to the Program or to swap it for a Laser in reasonable condition.
For further information or if you are able to assist the Jolly Harbour Yacht Club Youth Sailing Program, please contact Pippa Turton, NSA Representative for JHYC at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thanks for supporting Antigua's youth!
