This event is conducted with a single purpose - to sail in the spirit of friendliness. Now recognised as one of the largest regattas in the French Caribbean, it is distinguished by the number and diversity of the entrants.

In addition to the yachts from the nearby islands of Martinique, Antigua and St. Lucia, crews from France, Italy, Holland and French Guyana are anticipated.
