EXPLORE NATURAL BEAUTY
If you have a love of exploration, and natural beauty, Extreme Dominica can offer you days of thrills deep in the lush tropical rainforest.
Based from Extreme Dominica’s headquarters, owner Richard Metawi and local guide Jeffrey Charles, both experienced and expert climbers and canyoners, have a list of adventures for you to experience:
Combining the get wet fun of snorkelling and river tubing with the thrill of mountain cliff rock climbing, the team takes you through hidden waterfalls that drop through the canyons in the breathtaking mountains of Dominica
Beginners are briefed and trained before being taken on the Secret Seven Waterfall Canyoning Tour or, for more experienced canyoners choose from a tough one day trip or overnighting in the rainforest.

Dominica’s landscape is a walkers paradise. Choose from short walks to waterfalls and gorges and delight in jumping into cool river water, take a long mountain hike to Morne Anglais or experience the BoilingLake – literally a lake of boiling water deep in a valley.
PRIVATE PLANE RIDES
See Dominica from the air in our very own six seater aircraft. The magnificence of the island can only be truly appreciated from the air, or take a short flight to nearby Antigua, Montserrat, Guadeloupe and Martinique at your own schedule.
Extreme Dominica is based at Cocoa Cottages, Shawford in Roseau Valley, Dominica. The cottages are a great place to stay whether you want to spend time discovering the canyons, trails and waterfalls, or relax in the nearby sulphur springs of Wooten Waven. The eco sensitive establishment is designed to be in harmony with the surrounding environment.
You will eat the freshest fruits and vegetables daily, and gather around the dining area during the evening to devour tasty food from the wood fire barbecue and chat to other guests over drinks late into the night. Fall asleep to the sound of cicadas and tree frogs, and the water deep in the valley below, and wake to the mist rising over the mountains.
