WENC ANTIGUA & BARBUDA CHAPTER
The Women Entrepreneurs Network of the Caribbean (WENC) was formed in March 2012 to represent the first regional network for women in business throughout the Caribbean and to STRENGTHEN the VOICE, VISIBILITY and VIABILITY OF WOMEN-LED CARIBBEAN BUSINESSES. The network’s objective is to assist women business owners to grow their business by providing them access to information, networking, training, professional development, funding and markets. Through our efforts we hope to strengthen the voice, visibility and viability of women-led businesses across the Caribbean.
WENC Antigua & Barbuda Chapter Inc. is a non-profit organisation formed to empower women by:
- Raising awareness about the link between empowering women and increasing economic development.
- Empowering women through WENC’s outreach and workshops
- Fostering the equitable participation of all women and social enterprises to increase their access to opportunities.
- Promoting the leadership of women entrepreneurs.
