Tranquility and serenity define this beautiful two-story cottage located on a hillside overlooking Falmouth Harbour. This Caribbean style cottage which is newly built (2007) has 2 bedrooms and a million dollar view. The cottage is tastefully furnished with island decor in wicker and rattan.
The cottage sits on a hillside with spectacular views of the Antigua Yacht Club Marina in English Harbour and the turquoise Caribbean Sea. This lovely hillside site is cooled year-round by the trade winds.
The two spacious bedrooms are located on the second floor with en suite bathrooms, ceiling fans, air conditioner and both share the equally breathtaking panoramic views of the Harbour.
The cottage has an open floor plan with living/dining/kitchen areas open to each other; the kitchen is well appointed with maple cabinets, solid surface counter tops and brand new stainless steel appliances; there is a convenient powder room located on the first floor.
The cozy air conditioning living area opens through inviting French doors onto a wide veranda from where you can enjoy the tranquility of the breathtaking view. The cottage is a short 5 minute drive to the historic Nelson’s Dockyard in English Harbour.
This area is a hub of activity during the internationally renowned Antigua Sailing Week. The area has numerous restaurants, an assortment of nightlife and several good beaches. The nearest beach is PigeonPointBeach.

We had a wonderful time in Antigua in your house. It suited us so well, with everything we could have wanted. Our favourites times at the house were spent sitting on the deck watching the boats come and go and the moon rise over the harbour. The location of the house is so convenient to Falmouth and English Harbours but offers peace and quiet.
