Abby is a fully qualified Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor from the UK, passionate about encouraging health and wellness to all she treats.

Abby has specialized in treating musculoskeletal conditions and is also trained in providing deep tissue massage.

She has moved to Antigua following 4 years of physiotherapy in two of London’s most prestigious hospitals, where she treated adults and pediatrics with an array of musculoskeletal complaints.
