“Boxer Shack is a really pretty restaurant on the hill in between Curtain Bluff and Carlisle Bay hotels in Old Road (like many places you can be on top of the place before you see the signs!)

“Jill and Tony are great hosts with a wide variety of rum's available to drink by the glass and lovely views out over the coastline - you can get down to the beach where there are a few sun loungers, plus a shower for anyone who's been swimming.

“We dined there a couple of times and whilst others might have favourites - we'd recommend you don't leave without trying the chocolate nemesis - mmmmmmmm!”
