BOXER SHACK REVIEWED IN TIMES ARTICLE
Wednesday 12th November 2014

In the 24 June Times Newspaper (London) travel section, journalist Catlin Moran wrote about her visit to Antigua and her family’s appreciation of meals at The Boxer Shack.

“Boxer Shack, in St Mary’s, is a whitewashed, clapboard new-build stilted over the laughably perfect Carlisle Bay. We gleefully go there most days - there's a coconut, pineapple and shrimp curry I still, five months later, miss viscerally, and the kids believe the wahoo and chips to be the best fish and chips ever. After eating, you can go down to the beach and quietly digest on a sunlounger, while the kids pick coral up off the beach,” Moran wrote.

“One afternoon, we accidentally disrupt a beach wedding when I get hit by an unexpectedly large wave, and emerge from the sea with my swimming costume ripped off, tits out, just as the happy couple make their vows in front of six friends and a priest,” she said, adding a light note to the article.

The article was titled "How I Fell in Love with Antigua."
