Blu Pineapple now has a new chef and a new menu.

New Chef
Introducing our new executive chef at the Blu Pineapple restaurant & bar: Chef Nigel Joseph was born and raised in Antigua, and graduated at the Antigua Grammar school. He later migrated to the US where he was trained in various forms of cooking and later developed his own unique style.

On his return to Antigua he worked at Coconut Grove, Copper and Lumber store hotel, H.Q. Restaurant and the Gallery as the head Chef.

He later spent over 4 years at the Exclusive Jumby Bay Resort as a sous chef and as a private Chef for various villas on the Island Resort. His passion for cooking brought him to the Blu Pineapple, with a diversified menu to please the exotic taste of every customer that comes through our doors. Chef Nigel creates wonderful dishes sure to tantalize your taste buds.
