“A perfect day at sea!”

"February 24th was my 3rd time doing the 4 hour lunch cruise on the Cool Cat with 10 friends from the Eclipse. Capt. Wayne picked us up at the security booth right on time and escorted us to the Cool Cat shuttle for the 20 minute ride to the Jolly Harbour Marina. Alak and Lucy took care of us that day - they were perfect hosts who kept the drinks coming (rum punch, wine, beer, water or soda) even serving us out on the trampoline while we basked in the sun taking in the fabulous scenery – forgetting about all the snow we left back home.

The hot lunch served was AMAZING. We all asked for the recipes for the molded rice and the marinade for the grilled chicken that was sooo moist. I might be coming back year after year just for the rice, lol. They tried to catch a fish. Two years ago the crew caught a BIG sea bass, I think it was, and grilled it as an add on to our lunch. Perfect.

I did not snorkel but most of my friends did and were happy with the wonderful pictures they got of the marine life. My one friend who never goes in the water did this time and held on to the line they put in the water. The shower on the steps was a nice plus to wash off the salt water.

Looking forward to the next time on the Cool Cat when we are in Antigua."
