ANTIGUA CONSERVATION SOCIETY

PROTECT OUR COASTAL & MARINE RESOURCES

Antigua & Barbuda is a country that has been blessed with amazing natural resources such as 365 stunning beaches, a very diverse marine life and spectacular coral reefs.  Unfortunately, these natural wonders have all been weakened and degraded because of human pressure and negligence.

The Antigua Conservation Society (ACS) is a non-profit marine conservation organization registered under the 1995 Companies Act of Antigua and Barbuda with a goal to protect and preserve our coastal and marine ecosystems for current and future generations.

The organization is focused on information sharing and activism, and prepared to take direct action when necessary to stop immediate threats to our marine environment. The ACS believes that a lack of knowledge and understanding of key environmental issues, and choices that can make a real difference are leading causes of coastal and marine mismanagement.

The ACS lobbies the government, private sector, and other key stakeholders to bring attention to the economic value of marine conservation, and the importance of good environmental practices to the development agenda.

Support is what they need the most so ‘like’ the facebook fanpage and join us all in fighting to conserve our beautiful environment for generations to come.

Join the collective effort and use your voice, online and offline, to spread the cause!
