Located hillside in Turtle Bay with stunning views across Falmouth Harbour, the Yellow House is an ideal vacation property or home. Throughout the season the opportunity to ‘Yacht Watch” as million dollars worth of boats sail past on a daily basis.
This three bedroom two bathroom features:
- Open living and dining room with 64 inch flat screen television and home theatre system. Leads out onto a lower patio with outdoor dining. Cable TV and wireless internet are installed.
- Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare tasty meals including microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and five ring stove.
- Master bedroom with king size bed, lounge area and en-suite bathroom including a shower and beautiful roll top bath. Double doors lead onto the patio and swimming pool.
- Second bedroom leading out to the outdoor patio and access to the swimming pool. There is also a third bedroom.
- Louvered windows, ceiling fans and it’s excellent location ensure the house remains cool and relaxing throughout the day.
- A washer, storage facilities and generator also mean that you are completely self reliant in this property.
The house is available on both short and long term basis at:-
- US$2400 per week (except during Antigua Classic Week and Antigua Sailing Week where the race week rate is US$500 per night)
- Monthly – US$2700 per month.
THE GREEN COTTAGE
The perfect little Caribbean cottage is perched below the main house on two levels. On the upper floor the studio with bed settee has a separate bathroom with shower as well as kitchenette, cable TV, solar hot water and internet . Downstairs is a bedroom with bathroom . Painted louvre doors ensure a wonderful breeze cools you and allows you to enjoy the ocean view.
The cottage is available on a short term basis only at US$800 per week.
The house and property can be rented together on short term basis or separately.
