An ideal vacation villa, located in sunny Jolly Harbour. Villa 404B has lovely views of the waterways with a large extended deck area, so there is plenty of outdoor space for family fun and get togethers.

Modern, yet comfortable furnishings throughout promise of leisure and relaxation on your holiday in Antigua. A fully functional kitchen contains all you need to create delicious local cuisine. This villa is split level, with the living area on first floor and two bedrooms on the second level. The master suite features en-suite bathroom and a balcony.

Feel the relaxing trade winds blow through the large sliding glass doors as you rest in the evening, before a stroll along beautiful Jolly Beach to enjoy one of our breathtaking sunsets.

This villa is close to many amenities such as two white sandy beaches, swimming pool, tennis courts, 18-hole golf course, water-sports, shopping, and restaurants. The town of St. John's is about 15-20 min. drive away, and the airport is about 30 minutes.

Summer season (May 1 - Nov 30th) US$800 per week Winter season (Dec 1 - Apr 30) US$900 per week Xmas/New Years (Dec 22 - Jan 5th) US$1050 per week minimum stay 1 week.
