Swimming is fantastic fun, great for health and fitness and helps keep people safe. Anyone can learn how to do it and where could it be more important to learn than on a beautiful island surrounded by water?

Our unique swimming teaching methodology has been 35 years in the making and thousands of people around the world have benefited from it.
 
We teach children from 3 months upwards to advanced swimmers to become more confident around water, helping to eliminate their fear of it and enabling them to enjoy the countless pursuits the water has to offer.   
 
We also promote life saving, water safety, competitive swimming and the natural and healthy alignment of the body in the water; all with a fun, caring and interactive attitude.
Lessons are available for those living and holidaying in Antigua.

If you have forgotten your goggles or floats - don't worry, we sell everything you would possibly need ranging from UV50spf+ sunsuits to keep away the harmful suns rays, goggles, floats, toys, costumes you name it. Give us a call so you can thoroughly enjoy the water. 


FIRST AID TRAINING AND LIFEGUARDING TRAINING 

Perhaps the most important lesson of all. Swalings has a number of courses in First Aid and Lifeguarding on offer. The courses we offer are internationally recognised and to international standards. The courses are run in conjunction with the STA (Safety Training Awards) and NaRS (National Rescue Standard).

Our courses are flexible and we can schedule them around your needs.
We can choose from a number of courses to suit the needs or your business that will help to ensure the safety of your workforce and clientele. 
 
We can give advice to you on health and safety requirements in and around the workplace.
We continually update our own qualifications so we can keep our clients and candidates up to date with the latest techniques and developments in the industry. We run Continual Professional Development (CPD) days throughout the year. By attending the CPD days your staff can keep their qualifications and skill levels up to date in case of an emergency.
