Resident chef for over 6 years, Jean-Francois Bellenger uses only the finest and freshest ingredients, and only the highest quality cuts of meat and fish. Although renowned for his Lobster Thermidor, possibly the best in the Caribbean, his extensive menu will make your mouth water. From coconut shrimp to beef tenderloin, the food is a wonderful fusion of Caribbean and International tastes.
Our wines and champagnes chosen to compliment the menu are carefully selected from France, Italy and Spain as well as the New World, and offer something for all tastes and occasions.
