Marketeers are referring to Antigua as the festival capital of the Caribbean, and they are not wrong. Whether is the craziness, colour and cultural of carnival, the excitement of a fresh catch (and then eating it), or the sleek beauty of yacht's up to 110 years old sailing by, there is surely something for everyone. On this page you will find links to all the key annual events on the Antigua Event Calendar. A & B INTERNATIONAL KITE FESTIVAL Kite flying is a preferred activity all over the Caribbean over Easter, and Antigua is no exception. The sunny Antiguan skies are filled with colorful kites guided by young and old.
ANNUAL FOOD & DRINK INDUSTRY PARTY Every year Food & Drink Guide Caribbean brings together all the players in the Food & Drink Industry in Antigua to celebrate all their hard work throughout the year.

ANTIGUA & BARBUDA INDEPENDENCE FESTIVAL Antigua gained total independence on November 1st 1981. The festival consists of a week of celebration, competitions, parades, expos and food fairs – for all Antiguans living both home and abroad and residents of Antigua, as well as visitors.
ANTIGUA & BARBUDA LITERARY FESTIVAL is an annual 3-day celebration of literary arts, with workshops, author readings, book signings and special events in a beautiful tropical setting. This year the festival, held on 6-8 November 2009, features prominent Caribbean authors.
ANTIGUA & BARBUDA SPORT FISHING ASSOCIATION Information on the annual Antigua and Barbuda Sport Fishing Tournament held in June.
ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA MANGO FESTIVAL A festival celebrating the mango fruit, that is plentiful in Antigua.
ANTIGUA CARNIVAL takes place for two weeks yearly at the end of July into early August, and is one huge party in the streets of St. John's the capital.

ATLANTIC ROWING RACE The premier event in ocean rowing - this race starts from La Gomera, Canary Islands and concludes in the idyllic English Harbour, Antigua.
BACK II LIFE is a unique addition to the international party circuit. A truly original breath-taking opportunity to experience the original vibe of the London club scene in the Caribbean.
BARBUDA CARIBANA The island's carnival is always over the long Whit weekend and is five days full of pageantry, dance, calypso and fun.
BLACK HISTORY MONTH is a national annual celebration for remembrance of important people and events in the history of the African ethnicity. It is celebrated during the month of February.
CARIBBEAN STYLE SUPER YACHT CUP Organised by the Superyacht Cup team from Palma, Mallorca.

ICT FEST ANTIGUA is a two day technology roadshow throughout the Caribbean. The Antigua leg of the roadshow is host to a number of exhibitors from all the technology companies operating in the country.
RORC CARIBBEAN 600 is a 605 mile race around the Caribbean islands starting from Antigua.
