This very private, secluded hilltop retreat is
ideal for the nature lover, writer, artist or
recluse - the only sounds one falls asleep or

is cooled by constant Atlantic trade winds and
overlooks the treetops of a steep incline. Local
hummingbirds and yellow-breast banana quip birds
are fed daily, and can be observed from the

people) is fully screened and cooled by ceiling
fans. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave,
dishwasher, food processor, gas barbecue grill,
