Villa Sariel has a superb location with magnificent
views over Falmouth harbour & beyond. There is a
private pool and large sundeck with 7 seater hot-tub,
gazebo (with bar-billiards table) sunloungers etc. |

It is within
walking distance of English & Falmouth harbours, where you will
find many of the world’s superyachts as well as shops, bars,
restaurants and other amenities such as sailing, diving and
other watersports, tennis, squash, horseriding etc: Golf
courses are a 30 minute drive away.
In English Harbour you will also find the historic Nelson’s
Dockyard with its collection of beautifully restores 18th
century buildings now converted to shops, restaurants, boutiques
etc. Both English & Falmouth Harbours have their own unspoilt
white sand beaches. |

For your
entertainment at the Villa, there is a stereo system, satellite
TV, VCR, DVD, a comprehensive library and a selection of
cards/games. Just off the living room is a spacious shaded
seating area and alfresco dining on a covered patio overlooking
the pool and view. The Gazebo has a bar-billiards table, the the
Green Room a multigym. |

The fully
equipped stainless steel kitchen includes fridge/freezer,
dishwasher, cooker, microwave, toaster, food processor, and a
comprehensive selection of utensils and appliances as well as
all cutlery, crockery and glassware. There are both gas &
charcoal BBQ’s. |

Villa has flexible accommodation and may be rented –
exclusively - with any number of bedrooms from 2 to 6.

bedrooms have their own bathrooms, air-conditioning, ceiling
fans and can be configured as doubles or up to 4 singles. Newly
added is the ‘Green Room’ a quiet, shady place, away from the
full sun of the patio. The green room has a double sofa-bed
and en-suite bathroom so may be used as an additional bedroom
for larger groups. (max capacity is 18 people) |

The Villa
also has its own Yacht – the 36ft Nautor Swan “ArcAngel” and
offers guests the opportunity to sail the beautiful waters of
the
Caribbean
at preferential rates. |
