Apartments offer a tranquil country environment, with easy
access to supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars (pubs) and
entertainment spots such as Shirley Heights Lookout, with live
bands, dance and food every Sunday. It is the place to be while
the Sun goes down.

yachting marinas are also located in the English Harbour/Falmouth
area, the closest 5 minutes walk from the apartments. The Antigua Yacht Club and other boating facilities

Please note that
(a) Special monthly rates* are not offered during sailing week
and the charter show.
(b) Two Children (maximum) under 12 years, staying with an
adult, are free. Any child thereafter pays US$25.00 per day.
(c) A minimum of 2 nights stay is required.
(d) A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all
transactions.

Long term rentals (for 2 bedrooms and 1 bedroom apartments) are
for a minimum of 6 months at a rate of US$1600.00 and US$1200.00
per month PLUS utilities respectively. Short term rates depend
on the number of persons in the party, time of year and duration
