Our gardens are overflowing with a variety of tropical plants, flowers and vegetables.  We grow many of our plants from seedling and arrange garden tours which include a detailed view of the process from seedling to mature plant.  We supply our restaurants with organic vegetables, fruits, meats and poultry – so you can be assured of quality, freshness and goodness when you dine with us.

The Wattle & Daub Restaurant & Tavern located within our gardens is where you can dine with the memories of old time Antigua.  The music, the decoration and the food – choose from Lobster and other tasty Caribbean treats including our daily specials of Red Snapper & Fungi, Pepperpot, Conch Water and Bull Foot Soup.
