Caribbean Turn-Key Homes can be completed by a do-it-yourself owner or sub-contractors hired by the you to do all or just specific parts of the construction. This gives you total flexibility and control for both finishes and labour costs.

What’s it Cost?

A 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1250 sq feet kit costs US$23,950. Total completion costs are between US$73,000 to US$100,000 (inclusive of kits purchase price) and are dependent upon choice of fixtures and fittings as well as level of labour required.
